Emily Hendry Arrested DUI Crash Anderson Balls Ferry and Davey

Emily Hendry, 37, ID’d as Suspect in Anderson DUI Crash Near Balls Ferry and Davey

ANDERSON, CA (March 18, 2022) – Authorities detained Emily Hendry after a DUI crash near Balls Ferry Road and Davey Way in Anderson.

Police determined that the 37-year-old Cottonwood woman was under the influence of alcohol when the wreck took place on Thursday.

The incident began when Emily Hendry was driving in the area of Balls Ferry Road and Davey Way in Anderson. Police said she then slammed into another vehicle near the intersection.

3 Badly Injured in Wreck

The two crashed near the Anderson Community Church. The Action News Now and KRCRTV News wrote that the accident occurred on March 17 at about 8:33 p.m.

Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found the three occupants of the victim car hurt. All three patients sustained moderate injuries as a result of the collision.

Medical personnel rushed the wounded parties to a hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose their names and condition at this time.

Meanwhile, police arrested and booked Emily Hendry into the Shasta County Jail for felony DUI with injury after the crash. The Anderson DUI crash is still under investigation.
