4-Vehicle Encino Car Accident on 101 Freeway
ENCINO, Calif. (May 4, 2021) — An Encino car accident on the 101 Freeway at the Interstate 405 Freeway Tuesday morning in Los Angeles County.
The auto accident happened about 10:55 a.m. when a Toyota Camry overturned in a collision with three other motorists, according to the California Highway Patrol. The drivers involved include a silver Honda sedan, a Ford, and a Toyota Prius. The crash happened on the eastbound transition from the 101 Freeway to the I-405 Freeway, police said.

Additionally, the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to help those hurt in the Encino car accident. Police did not mention how many were hurt in the collision. Furthermore, police diverted traffic away from the blocked transition road.
Meanwhile, investigators with the CHP seek to determine the cause of the Encino car accident as well as liability.
