SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. (Sept. 12, 2023) — Enrique Valerio Lopez, 58, of Tijuana, Mexico, died in a crash involving an alleged drunk driver on the Interstate 805 Freeway near state Route 905 in San Diego.

The deadly crash occurred around 5:30 a.m. on Sept. 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
