At Least 1 Killed in Collision on SR-120
Escalon, CA (July 6, 2022) – One person died following a traffic crash that occurred on State Route Highway 120 Tuesday afternoon, the Modesto Bee News reported.
Officials said multiple vehicles collided on the highway in the area west of Escalon. According to the article published online, the catastrophic incident involved a big rig and two sedans.
Deadly Traffic Accident in Escalon
Shortly after 2 p.m., rescue tams arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the collision. After the evaluation, officials sadly pronounced one person dead. The identity of the fatal victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Several factors surrounding the horrible crash have not been revealed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the deadly accident happened on State Route Highway 120 in Escalon.
