Multi-Vehicle Escondido Accident on I-15 Freeway
ESCONDIDO, Calif. (April 7, 2021) — An Escondido car accident involving multiple vehicles happened Wednesday on the Interstate 15 Freeway.
The California Highway Patrol reports the incident happened about 6:34 a.m. on April 7th. The report does not state what caused the collision, nor if there were any citations.
Additionally, a grey Toyota Camry overturned onto its roof in an Escondido car accident involving a black Mercury with a trailer, the report said.
The vehicles were blocking the middle lanes and one was facing the wrong direction after the collision.
Meanwhile, the Escondido fire and police officials responded to help those involved. At least one person suffered minor injuries in the Escondido car accident.
Investigators will review evidence and determine fault for the crash. At least one of the vehicles was towed away.
Witnesses may contact the CHP to help them determine fault.
