Authorities received notification of the collision at 2:35 a.m. when a 21-year-old woman driving a SAAB lost control and veered off the road. Her vehicle rolled over several times before plowing through a fence and hitting two trees.
The vehicle finally came to rest on its roof in the parking lot of a BJs Restaurant.
Authorities confirmed that the unidentified passenger inside the SAAB suffered major injuries and was rushed to a local area med center.
The driver, who was determined to have been under the influence, was moderately injured and taken to a hospital.
No further details have been released at this time.
