Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on I-15 Freeway
ESCONDIDO, Calif. (August 22, 2023) — A motorcycle and semi truck were involved in an Escondido accident on the Interstate 15 Freeway on Tuesday, just north of El Norte Parkway.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 9:42 a.m. on August 22nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials were alerted to the collision between the 18-wheeler tractor trailer truck and the motorcyclist in the southbound middle lanes of the I-15 Freeway.
Paramedics were sent to help the injured rider, but there are no further details at press time.
Investigators will work to determine fault for the Escondido motorcycle accident on the 15 Freeway.
