San Diego Accident Investigation
Investigating a collision involving injuries and multiple drivers can be complicated for police. They must decide based on the facts who caused the crash and then assign liability.
If a negligent driver caused a collision that left you with injuries, you may have grounds for a personal injury claim even if there is some fault on both sides.
It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is at fault. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
