ESCONDIDO (August 16, 2016)- According to the San Diego Coroner, Ryan Meyers, 31, of Temecula, has been identified as the victim killed in a motorcycle crash on the southbound Interstate 15 freeway.
The crash happened Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. between a motorcycle ridden by Ryan Meyers and a vehicle.
California Highway Patrol officials reported that Meyers, an active member of the military, was riding in either the carpool lane or the No.2 lane before attempting to merge into the No. 1 lane.
