Eugene Fatal Car Crash Highway 4 and Milton Road

1 Killed in Eugene Car Crash on Eastbound Highway 4

STANISLAUS COUNTY, CA (May 30, 2021) – At least one was killed after a car crash near Highway 4 and Milton Road in Eugene.

According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the tragic accident occurred on Sunday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 1:39 p.m.

Their incident log said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the community of Eugene. They crashed on eastbound Highway 4 near Milton Road.

Rollover Collision Near Milton Road

CHP described the cars involved as a black Dodge pickup truck and a turquoise Nissan SUV. The Nissan rolled onto its side due to the impact of the collision.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near the area of Farmington. They then extricated a trapped female occupant from the wreckage.

Medical personnel confirmed that one person died as a result of the collision. The name of the deceased party remains unreleased pending notification of next of kin.

Meanwhile, CHP forced the eastbound lanes of Highway 4 to shut down for about two hours following the wreck. The cause of the fatal Eugene crash is still under investigation.
