Passengers Dies in Collision Near Hart Park
Bakersfield, CA (May 31, 2022) – Eugenia Esperansa Villarreal, a 23-year-old woman, suffered fatal injuries following a car accident that occurred on Alfred Harrell Highway.

On May 29, Sunday, a traffic collision took place on Alfred Harrell Highway near Hart Park. The crash caused one vehicle to veer off the roadway, and roll down a ditch.
The KGET News reported a woman sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the wreck. Responding paramedics found the female victim sitting unconscious in the passenger seat of the car rolled down the ditch. Medical personnel performed CPR on the woman but she sadly succumbed to her injuries and died. Authorities later identified the deceased as Eugenia Esperansa Villarreal.

Meanwhile, officials mentioned one other person sustained injuries in the accident. The name of the injured party, and their condition at this time have not been revealed thus far.
Several factors surrounding the incident remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the fatal crash on Alfred Harrell Highway in Bakersfield.
