1 Injured in Eureka Crash at Harris Street and Hubbard Lane
EUREKA (December 3, 2019) – A traffic collision in the area of Harris Street and Hubbard Lane left at least one person injured on Tuesday morning.
California Highway Patrol first logged the incident involving two vehicles at about 10:49 a.m. It happened near the Humboldt Bay Fire Station 5.
According to the dispatch, a silver Buick and a dark gray Ford Escape collided for an unknown reason at the intersection of Harris Street and Hubbard Lane.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and provided initial treatment to one party who was confirmed to have suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash.
The report log did not indicate if the wounded victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. The name and condition of the patient at this time were not disclosed.
Meanwhile, both cars involved sustained apparent front-end damage upon impact. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
