Eureka: Car Crash at 5th and R Street

Multi-Vehicle Collision at 5th and R Street

Eureka, CA (April 1, 2023) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of 5th and R Street, the Redheaded Blackbelt News reported.

On April 1, Saturday, multiple vehicles collided at the intersection in Eureka. Officials later mentioned the wreck involved as many as three cars. The make and model of the automobiles found at the scene have not been revealed thus far.

At Least 1 Hurt in Eureka Car Accident

Shortly after 8:30 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding paramedics checked the conditions of all possible victims in the crash. After the evaluation, medical personnel confirmed one person sustained minor wounds as a result of the collision. The name and age of the injured party remained undisclosed pending confirmation.

Detectives assigned to handle the case stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate exactly how and why the crash happened at 5th and R Street in Eureka.
