At Least 1 Injured in Suspected Hit-and-Run Accident at Herrick and Meadow
EUREKA (July 17, 2018) – A traffic collision involving a suspected hit-and-run driver occurred in the area of Herrick Avenue and Meadow Circuit, according to the California Highway Patrol group.
The accident happened at 1:46 p.m. on Tuesday.
As per the CHP dispatch, a green Ford Explorer was involved in the crash but its role was unclear.

Medical records indicated a 65-year-old man suffered hip injury as a result of the collision. The name of the victim and his condition at this time have not been disclosed thus far.
CHP logged the incident as a hit-and-run crash but no information has been yet released on the suspect. Further investigation on the case is underway.
