Man Hit and Injured by Vehicle Near Bucksport
Eureka, CA (May 22, 2022) – A pedestrian suffered severe injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Broadway and McCullen Avenue.
According to the Redheaded Blackbelt News, a vehicle struck an individual at the intersection near Bucksport on the south end of Eureka. The make and model of the car involved in the collision have not been reveled thus far.

Rescue teams arrived at the crash site shortly after 11:55 p.m. The article published online mentioned the pedestrian sustained injuries due to the force from the impact. Paramedics loaded the patient on a gurney, and transported them to the hospital for treatment and further evaluation. Personal information on the injured party remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate liability in the pedestrian accident that happened at Broadway and McCullen Avenue.
