1 Seriously Injured in Exeter Crash at Road 204 and Avenue 268
EXETER, CA (April 6, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash at Road 204 and Avenue 268 in Exeter.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Monday afternoon, April 5. Officers reported the wreck at around 4:52 p.m.
According to their dispatch, four vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of Road 204 and Avenue 268, known as Myer Avenue, in Exeter.
Several Vehicles Collide in Exeter Monday
CHP described two of the vehicles involved as a white pickup truck and a van. Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and found the van with front-end damage.
One person suffered major injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took the wounded party to the hospital for treatment.
Officials did not release the name of the patient and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the intersection to close following the Exeter crash.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the wreck.
