At Least 1 Killed in Traffic Collision at Vermont Avenue and Exposition Boulevard Monday
Exposition Park, CA (July 6, 2021) – One person died following a car crash that occurred in the area of Vermont Avenue and Exposition Boulevard Monday evening.
According to My News LA, a vehicle traveling north on Vermont Avenue careened towards the center median for an unknown reason. The man behind the wheel apparently attempted to drive back into the traffic lanes. However, the driver overcorrected and ended up slamming into fixed object in the right-hand side of the roadway.

Emergency teams arrived at the location shortly after 10:40 p.m. First responders found the passenger unconscious. Despite life-saving measures, the passenger succumbed to their injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the collision.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the deadly car crash in Exposition Park.
