1 Injured in Fair Oaks Crash at Sunrise Boulevard and Sunset Avenue
FAIR OAKS, CA (January 21, 2022) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Sunrise Boulevard and Sunset Avenue in Fair Oaks.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident on Friday night. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at about 8:30 p.m.
CHP said three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Fair Oaks. They crashed at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and Sunset Avenue.
Multiple Cars Collide
CHP described the cars as a gray Pontiac Grand Am, a white Hyundai Sonata and a silver Acura MDX. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the North Ridge Country Club.
Medical personnel found one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to the Mercy San Juan Medical Center for treatment.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Sunrise and Sunset to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Fair Oaks crash is still under investigation.
