Fair Oaks crash Sunrise Sunset
1 Injured in Fair Oaks Crash at Sunrise Boulevard and Sunset Avenue
FAIR OAKS, CA (September 24, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Sunrise Boulevard and Sunset Avenue in Fair Oaks.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the wreck occurred on Friday morning. Officers reported the accident at about 10:44 a.m.
CHP said at least three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Fair Oaks. They crashed at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and Sunset Avenue.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
The incident log described the vehicles as a white Fiat, a pickup truck and a postal truck. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
Medical personnel found one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to the Kaiser North Sacramento for treatment.
The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Sunrise Boulevard and Sunset Avenue to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Fair Oaks crash is still under investigation.
