
Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Fair Oaks Crash on San Juan Avenue
FAIR OAKS, CA (April 25, 2023) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash on San Juan Avenue in Fair Oaks.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the accident last week on Friday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on April 21 at about 3:56 p.m.
The incident happened when the rider of a touring motorcycle and at least one car collided for an unknown reason in Fair Oaks. The two crashed at 4741 San Juan Avenue.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene between Heather Road and Camellia Road. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of a broken leg. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers did not mention if the driver of the car stopped or stayed at the site following the wreck. They described the vehicle as a gold Isuzu SUV.
CHP forced a stretch of San Juan Avenue to shut down after the accident. The cause of the Fair Oaks crash is still under investigation.
