Bicyclist Injured in Crash at Fairfield Intersection
FAIRFIELD, Calif. (Sept. 16, 2024) — One person was injured in a Fairfield bicycle accident Friday night at Link Road and Pittman Road.
The Fairfield Police Department reported the crash around 7:55 p.m. on Sept. 13th, between a vehicle and the bicyclist riding near the intersection.
Paramedics responded after several people called 911 to report the crash.
The injured bicyclist was transported to the hospital and was listed in stable condition.
Meanwhile, police report the driver involved failed to stop and fled the scene.
There was no description of the suspect’s vehicle released at this time.
