2 Injured in Fairfield Crash Near Walters Road and Walters Court
FAIRFIELD, CA (July 8, 2022) – Two were injured after a car crash near Walters Road and Walters Court in Fairfield.
According to an article published by the CBS Sacramento, the accident took place on Friday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 4:43 p.m.
The Fairfield Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city. They crashed near the intersection of Walters Road and Walters Court.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found two people hurt. One of them, a woman, sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed her to a hospital and listed her in critical condition. The other patient survived the incident with minor injuries.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties. Meanwhile, police forced the area of Walters Road and Walters Court to shut down for a time following the wreck.
The cause of the Fairfield crash is still under investigation.
