2 Injured in Fairfield Car Crash on Highway 12 Wednesday
FAIRFIELD, CA (June 2, 2022) – Two were hospitalized after a car crash on Highway 12 in the city of Fairfield.
According to an article published by the CBS Sacramento, the accident took place on Wednesday night. Officers reported the wreck at around 9 p.m.
The incident happened on June 1 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason on Highway 12 in Fairfield. One of the cars involved obtained heavy damage upon impact.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and freed a trapped occupant from the wreckage. They found two people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took both patients to a hospital for treatment of minor to moderate injuries. The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Highway 12 to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Fairfield crash is still under investigation.
