1 Seriously Injured in Fairfield Crash at Suisun Valley Road and Morrison Lane
FAIRFIELD, CA (June 19, 2021) – A car crash seriously injured at least one person at Suisun Valley Road and Morrison Lane in Fairfield.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the wreck took place early Saturday. Officers reported the accident at about 12:27 a.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Fairfield. They crashed on southbound Suisun Valley Road at the intersection with Morrison Lane.
2 Vehicles Collide Near Suisun Valley
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Suisun Valley. They found one person who ended up suffering from major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the wounded party to a hospital for treatment. The name of the patient and their condition at this time were not released.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Suisun Valley Road and Morrison Lane to close for about three hours following the crash. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Fairfield wreck.
