Motorcyclist Injured in Fairfield Crash at Peabody Road and Airbase Parkway
FAIRFIELD, CA (September 18, 2022) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash at Peabody Road and Airbase Parkway in Fairfield.
According to an article published by the KRON 4 News, the accident took place on Saturday morning. Officers reported the wreck at around 5:30 a.m.
The incident happened on September 17 when the motorcycle rider and an SUV collided for an unknown reason in the city of Fairfield.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
Police said the two crashed on Peabody Road at the intersection of Airbase Parkway. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found the motorcyclist who ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, police did not mention if the driver of the car ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck.
Officers forced the area of Peabody and Airbase to shut down after the incident. The cause of the Fairfield crash is still under investigation.
