Woman Trapped in Vehicle; 3-Car Collision
Fallbrook, Calif. (June 30, 2023) — A multi-vehicle car accident happened Friday morning in the intersection of South Mission Road and Winter Haven Road in Fallbrook.
The collision occurred about 8:23 a.m. on South Mission Road in San Diego County on June 30th, near Fallbrook High School, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident involved three vehicles including a white Ford SUV, a black SUV, and a black truck. These three vehicles all collided causing major blockage in one of the lanes at the border of Fallbrook. Also, a female passenger was reportedly trapped in one of the vehicles. Furthermore, one of the SUVs was totaled in the collision.
Paramedics were called, along with the fire department, to help those injured in the crash. In addition , three tow trucks were called onto the scene to help clear the blocked lanes.
Investigators are going to continue working on the case to determine fault.
