1 Hospitalized After Collision on S Main Avenue Wednesday
Fallbrook, CA (September 16, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on S Main Avenue on September 15.
The California Highway Patrol group reported two vehicles collided in the 631 block of Main Avenue in Fallbrook. Officials described a car found at the scene as a Hyundai Tucson. Meanwhile, the make and model of the second automobile involved in the crash remained unknown.
Pregnant Woman Injured in Fallbrook Car Accident, September 15
Shortly after 7:51 a.m., medical personnel arrived at the location. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to all parties found with injuries. According to the CHP dispatch, a pregnant woman required transfer to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation. The name of the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Additional details on the wreck have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine the precise cause of the car accident on Main Avenue in Fallbrook.
