Fallbrook: Car Crash on Old Highway 395

Major Injury Collision Near Canonita Drive

Fallbrook, CA (March 29, 2023) – Injuries were reported following a traffic accident that occurred on Old Highway 395 Tuesday, March 28.

The Village News published an article online reporting a collision between a small white sedan; and a gray Dodge Ram pickup truck. Officials added the wreck involved a third vehicle, but its make and model have not been revealed thus far.

At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Fallbrook Traffic Accident

Shortly after 6:35 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics found a baby in one of the disabled automobiles. Medical personnel checked the conditions of the infant, and all people at the scene. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained major trauma in the crash. It was not immediately confirmed if the child was the victim in the collision.

Police shut down a portion of the highway near Canonita Drive to give way to the investigation process. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the traffic accident happened on Old Highway 395.
