At Least 1 Hospitalized After Collision at South Mission and Quail Knoll
Fallbrook, CA (May 12, 2022) – A traffic accident that occurred in the area of South Mission and Quail Knoll Road resulted in injuries, according to the Village News.
Multi-Car Accident in Fallbrook
Earlier reports indicated multiple vehicles collided at the intersection in Fallbrook Monday morning. Officials described the cars involved in the wreck as a black Nissan Cube, a silver sedan, and a purple sedan. The exact circumstances that led up to the crash remained under investigation.
Shortly after 11:02 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding medical personnel attended to all the occupants in the three disabled vehicles. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed two people suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. The article published online mentioned one patient required transport to the hospital for further treatment and evaluation. Personal information on the injured parties remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
