Fallon Lev, 36, Seriously Injured in San Diego Hit-and-Run Crash on Ingraham Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 9, 2020) – Fallon Lev ended up seriously injured after an alleged hit-and-run crash along Ingraham Street in San Diego.
The 36-year-old Pacific Beach woman became involved in the traffic accident which occurred on Saturday, October 3.
The incident happened when Fallon Lev was riding a motor scooter southbound on Ingraham Street in the Mission Bay Park neighborhood.

Police said the driver involved then struck her. The rider ultimately lost control of her scooter and got ejected in the process.
Officers said Lev suffered a pelvic fracture, a broken tooth and multiple abrasions as a result of the accident. The collision took place at around 1 p.m.
Paramedics responded to the scene and rushed the victim to a local hospital where she underwent surgery. Friends created a GoFundMe page to help cover the medical expenses of Lev.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid and fled the area. Officers described the suspect car as a older model maroon colored sedan.
