One Killed, Two Seriously Injured in Winnetka Collision
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Dec. 28, 2023) – One man died and two other people were badly injured in a three-vehicle crash on Winnetka Avenue, near Nordhoff Street.
The traffic accident occurred at around 7:13 a.m. on Dec. 28th in front of 8900 N. Winnetka Avenue, according to a press release by the LAFD.
Paramedics and firefighters responded and located three people with injuries, but one man died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the other two people to a hospital. They were listed in serious but stable condition, the report said.
Police closed down one traffic lane on Winnetka Avenue to conduct an investigation into the crash to determine fault.
The Los Angeles Police Department is heading up the traffic investigation.
