Fatal 4-Vehicle Crash on Summit Valley Road in Hesperia

FedEx Truck Overturns in Deadly Multi-Vehicle Collision
HESPERIA, Calif. (June 19, 2025) — Jason A. Morris, 51, of Hesperia, died in a four-vehicle crash on Summit Valley Road on Wednesday afternoon in Hesperia.
The deadly collision occurred at 1:44 p.m. on June 18, 2025, near Foley Road, according to Victor Valley News Group.
The victim is survived by his wife Michelle and two children. There is a fundraiser to support them GoFundMe.
The drivers of a black Honda Accord, a blue Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, a white GMC work truck, and a FedEx Ground delivery truck were involved.
Paramedics and firefighters with the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded with police to the crash scene.
All four vehicles were damaged, including the black Honda with major front and side damage. Meanwhile, the FedEx truck wound up overturned on its side, and the Toyota Tacoma had major front-end damage. The GMC work truck went off the roadway into the desert.
Upon arrival, the driver of the Honda sedan, Jason Morris, was confirmed deceased by California Highway Patrol officers from the Victorville Station.
However, the other three drivers were treated on scene for minor injuries and none were taken to a hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
