Deadly Crash on US Highway 395 in Bridgeport
BRIDGEPORT, Calif. (April 7, 2022) — A fatal Bridgeport crash happened Thursday morning on US Highway 395, just south of Green Creek Road.
The crash occurred about 9:21 a.m. on April 7th, according to the California Highway Patrol. It’s unknown how many vehicles were involved in the collision at this time or how many were hurt.
A vehicle went about 50 feet off the roadway and overturned onto its roof near a creek. At least one person died in the wreck.
Firefighters responded to the scene to help those involved.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the collision.
