SACRAMENTO, California (August 17, 2023) —Marcus Winkfield, 53, of Galt, died in a car accident Thursday morning on Highway 104 in Sacramento County.
The head-on collision occurred around 5:20 a.m. on August 17th, at Clay Station Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 35-year-old man was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck westbound on Highway 104 and the 53-year-old Galt man was traveling in a Honda Civic in the opposite direction, ABC 10 News reports.
