2 Killed Collision on State Route 99
TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. (June 12, 2023) — A fatal car accident on Highway 99 happened Saturday afternoon on Highway 99, just south of Los Molinos in Tehama County.
Two people died in the collision between two motorists around 2:55 p.m. on Saturday, June 10th, according to the Red Bluff CHP station.
Authorities closed down a portion of the roadway due to the crash and response from emergency responders.
CAL FIRE Tehama-Glenn Unit firefighters were on the scene and extinguished a fire resulting from the collision, according to Action News Now.
The CHP is heading up an investigation into the traffic accident.
