Fatality Accident on Fair Oaks Boulevard
CARMICHAEL, Calif. (May 3, 2023) — A fatal accident occurred Wednesday on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Walnut Avenue in Carmichael.
The traffic accident occurred in the northbound No. 1 lane around 1:14 p.m. on May 3rd, according to a California Highway Patrol report. The CHP report did not mention what type of vehicles were involved.
The Sacramento Fire Department responded to the northbound lanes of Fair Oaks Boulevard, just north of Walnut Avenue to help those involved. One person reportedly died at the scene in front of Raley’s grocery store, but there are no further details.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the accident on Fair Oaks Boulevard.
