Fatal Castaic Bicycle Accident Involving Bus on Green Hill Drive
CASTAIC, Calif. (March 11, 2026) — A bus struck and killed a bicycle rider on Wednesday morning along Green Hill Drive in Castaic.
The deadly collision occurred around 7:30 a.m. on March 11th, just west of the Golden State (5) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The bus driver struck the cyclist near 32184 Green Hill Drive. Paramedics responded, but the person suffered severe injuries and died at the scene.
Details about the victim were not released. An investigation into the collision is underway.
