2-Vehicle Fatal Crash at Castro Valley Intersection
CASTRO VALLEY, Calif. (April 19, 2022) – A fatal Castro Valley crash happened Monday afternoon at Center Street and Omega Avenue.
The collision occurred about 12:12 p.m. on April 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Additionally, the drivers of a white Acura SUV and a green Jeep collided at the intersection, the CHP said.
The vehicles blocked the intersection. There were juveniles in the Acura, but the report does not mention how many people there in either one of the vehicles.
At least one person died in the crash and others were injured.
Police did not release the identity of the deceased person.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the fatal Castro Valley crash.
