Two Killed in Solo Crash on Interstate 15 in Corona
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (Oct. 10, 2022) — One person is dead after a car went off the northbound Interstate 15 Freeway Friday night and crashed near Dos Lagos Drive in Corona.
The solo-vehicle collision occurred about 11:19 p.m. on Oct. 7th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The vehicle went down an embankment on the right shoulder and overturned. Paramedics responded and located one person deceased at the scene. They transported a second person with serious injuries to a hospital, the report said.
Meanwhile, a tow truck removed the vehicle from the crash scene.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
