Fatal Collision on State Route 127 in San Bernardino County
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. (Feb. 21, 2020) — At least one person died in a two-vehicle collision early Friday morning on Death Valley Road, also known as Highway 127.
The collision took place about 2:10 a.m. near Mile Marker 127 in San Bernardino, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A driver called 911 to report that the driver spun out and hit their car. The person was disoriented and the front air bags were deployed. The coroner was called to the scene at 3:02 a.m.
There were no further details provided at this time, but the crash remains under investigation.
