One Person Dead in Collision near Hollywood Freeway
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Nov. 4, 2021) – A fatal crash at Edgeware Road and Temple Street early Thursday happened in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
One person died after being ejected from a vehicle in the collision, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The LAPD sent officers to the 4:07 a.m. collision scene at the intersection of Edgeware Road and Temple Street. The victim had reportedly been ejected from a vehicle near the southbound Hollywood (101) Freeway, police said.
The victim died at the scene of the fatal crash at Edgeware Road shortly after police arrived.
It’s unknown if other people were injured in the collision. Also, it’s unknown how many vehicles are involved in the crash.
Meanwhile, an investigation is underway by LAPD’s Central Traffic Division.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner will release the victim’s name.
