Deadly Collison at Santa Fe Springs Intersection
SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (Jan. 7, 2025) — A fatal, two-vehicle crash happened Monday afternoon at Florence Avenue and Carmenita Road in Santa Fe Springs.
The traffic accident occurred at around 2:42 p.m. on Jan. 6th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a grey vehicle and a silver vehicle were involved, but it’s unknown what led up to the accident.
Paramedics from the Santa Fe Springs Fire Department responded and transported at least one person to a hospital after firefighters performed CPR on the injured person.
Unfortunately, there was a fatality following the collision and investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
