2-Vehicle Crash on State Route Highway 201 in Tulare County
CUTLER, Calif. (Sept. 27, 2024) — A fatal crash involving two vehicles and a pedestrian happened Friday morning at Highway 201 and Avenue 392 in Cutler.
Two motorists collided near 39152 to 39199 SR-201 at 5:53 a.m. on Sept. 27th, just east of the Lovell Continuation School, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a black Chevrolet Sonic and a maroon Toyota Tacoma pickup truck were involved. There was also a second collision involving a pedestrian at the scene.
A tire and debris from the collisions scattered across the northbound and southbound lanes of the intersection.
Paramedics responded and confirmed at least one person dead at the scene, but there are no further details.
The case remains under investigation to determine liability for the fatal Cutler crash on Highway 201.
