The incident took place at around 8:00 p.m. near Clyde M. Needham Elementary when two teens driving a stolen vehicle crashed into a vehicle occupied by two men.
Both men in the second vehicle, a Lyft, suffered traumatic injuries where they both died at the hospital.
The victims have been identified as David Solon Phillips, 43, and Anthony Pena.
Police officials have located and arrested one teenage suspect and continue to look for the other who was either the driver or passenger inside the stolen vehicle.
It was confirmed that the teens had a firearm inside of their vehicle.
