3-Vehicle Collision in Moreno Valley
MORENO VALLEY, Calif. (August 28, 2023) — A fatal crash in Moreno Valley happened Sunday night on Gilman Springs Road, just east of Bridge Street.
The deadly collision occurred around 9:16 p.m. on August 27th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the collision occurred in the eastbound lanes of the roadway in the 36000 block of Gilman Springs Road.
There were three vehicles involved in the crash and nine people were hurt including one who died at the scene. Five people were transported to hospitals with minor to moderate injuries and three people had serious injuries.
The CHP is working to determine the cause of the crash.
