Deadly Collision on State Route 20

WILLIAMS, Calif. (Dec. 23, 2024) — A fatal car accident happened Monday morning on Highway 20 and Leesville Road near Williams in Colusa County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP deputies responded to the intersection around 8:25 a.m. on Dec. 23rd, the report said.

There were very few details at this time. The drivers involved were a big rig and an unknown vehicle and at least one person died.

Investigators are working to determine fault for the case.
