HEMET, California (May 10, 2016) — Ron Huxell, 53, has been identified as the victim who was killed Tuesday morning when two drivers collided on Ramona Expressway at Lake Street, a per the Press-Enterprise.
The drivers of a white Volkswagen bug and a black Saturn SL sedan collided at about 6:19 a.m. on May 10th.
Per the Press-Enterprise, a 20-year-old driver identified as Jacob Farrow fell asleep at the wheel and crossed into oncoming traffic colliding with the Volkswagen bug driven by Ron Huxell.
Huxell sadly did not survive the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene upon the arrival of paramedics.
Farrow and his two passengers escaped the collision with minor injuries.
