Passenger in Car Killed in Solo-Vehicle Crash on Road 104
TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (April 5, 2022) – A fatal crash on Road 104 happened early Monday near Avenue 72 in Tulare County.
The crash occurred at 6 a.m. on April 4th, according to Your Central Valley. A 32-year-old man died at the scene of the crash. A second man suffered minor injuries.
Both men were riding in a car together traveling north on Road 104, just north of Avenue 72, the report said. The driver reportedly lost control veered to the left on the dirt shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle slide through a chain-link fence and crashed into a large tree on its passenger side, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Investigators are working on finding out the cause of the fatal crash on Road 104, but preliminary results indicate that drugs or alcohol were not factors.
