Deadly Collision Near Orange Grove Energy Power Station
PALA, Calif. (Sept. 12, 2024) — One person is dead after a crash on State Route 76 at Pala del Norte Road, just south of the Pala Casino.
The collision occurred at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a grey Ford Ranger pickup truck overturned in the collision with another motorist and left an occupant with major injuries.
Paramedics responded and confirmed the death of one person on scene.
