TEHACHAPI, Calif. (Feb. 15, 2023) — A fatal head-on crash happened Wednesday at Tehachapi Willow Springs Road and Highline Road in Tehachapi.
The two-vehicle crash occurred about 2:08 p.m. on Feb. 15th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the collision involved two motorists and at least one person died in the wreck.
The Kern County Fire Department responded to help those involved, but there are no further details.
At least one person was transported to a hospital in unknown condition.
Meanwhile, investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Tehachapi Willow Springs Road at the Tehachapi intersection.
